iPhone with iOS 16 or later
Any iPhone running iOS 16 or later can use DEEP NYX. Check your version in Settings, then General, then About.
Device compatibility
Will it work on your phone?
You need an iPhone running iOS 16 or later. An Apple Watch is optional.
An iPhone with Face ID
Facial scanning requires the TrueDepth camera in a Face ID iPhone: iPhone X and later Face ID models. iPhone SE models do not support facial scanning.
A phone’s iOS compatibility still applies. The Face ID camera requirement does not replace the iOS 16 requirement.
Optional, not required
A compatible Apple Watch can add measurements such as heart rate and blood oxygen through Apple Health. Available measurements depend on the watch, region and permissions. Some models do not record blood oxygen.
